If the DEA determines that your practice prescribes too many controlled substances and/or you have bogus patients in your practice they will:

Raid your practice and shut it down. Terrorizing you, your staff and patients in your waiting room

Offer the "bogus patients" deals to testify against you and let them walk!

Confiscate all your assets

Leave your legit chronic pain patients "on the street" without their needed meds and thrown into withdrawal "cold turkey"

You will be left with no practice, no income, no assets and expected to be able to defend your innocence. This is one way the DEA is fighting the "war on drugs"!
